I was so excited to see that Mirage Luxury Travel were selling their own branded pen. I instantly purchased two. One for myself and another for a gift.
When I received the pens, I noticed that the leather travel pouch that came with the pens were starting to crack, as if this were old stock.
What was most upsetting, is that the pens weren’t able to write due to almost no ink flow from the ink filler.
I quickly reported this to Mirage Luxury Travel.
The response days later was an apology but no real remedy to resolve the issue from the VIP Customer service team.
I was not able to gift one of the pens and had to scramble to find another gift. I requested a full refund and am waiting to hear back from Mirage.
Most disappointing.

I really have to say this Pen is very nice. Comes in a nice giftable box with a carrying case and 1 ink refill. Very durable Pen, casing is made of metal and easy to hold and write with. Writes very smooth. Comes with black ink with a fine tip. I am very happy with this Pen, I love to write in a journal, so that is what I will be using this pen for. Great for writing on any type paper. Beautifully done. Highly Recommend It. Would make a very nice gift especially for a writer.
