First and foremost - The Item is PERFECT. Literally perfect for what I wanted it for, which is to have a safe, stylish, and unobtrusive method of transporting watches. Secondly - The owner is super kind, they shipped it out ASAP to get it to me before I left town and it was very much appreciated. But it feels nice, it protected my stuff, and they don't move around virtually at all due to the way the pillows slide in. Plus the flat back allows it to be set down, opened, and it stays in a "Presentative" mode. Would highly recommend. If you're looking for a travel roll, this is it.
